Calendaring and Professional Communication

Part of coaching is role modeling so it is imperative we make and keep appointments, which means being familiar with the many types of calendaring software programs available.

Communication in any field requires basic knowledge of professional language and appropriate methods. Both of these topics are covered in this training to either, learn them, or to demonstrate you already know them, in an effort to create workforce credibility and competency.
